Vision Consulting has been serving government agencies since its inception in 2004. As a GSA certified woman owned small business (WOSB), we have demonstrated our ability to to assist federal and state agencies within the D.C. metro area and beyond.
We understand the unique challenges of leading a government agency. In government, the product is typically a service, and employees need tools to help them be resilient when leadership, policy, and structure change. Leaders must be honest, brave, and creative to keep the workforce engaged and productive.
Our experience includes overseeing organizational changes in municipal and federal organizations, facilitating strategic planning, and providing leadership development programs including coaching.
