Personal Effectiveness encompasses everything a team member needs to be successful in the organization – from practical skill sets to conflict management, to enhanced self-awareness and personality testing.
But Our People Are Already Trained!
Being trained on a particular corporate process or knowledge set doesn’t mean the people in your organization will necessarily be successful. Often, one of the problems with organizations that are performing sub-optimally has to do with highly-trained employees who nevertheless don’t possess one or more of the life skills or interpersonal skills necessary to thrive or advance. Unhappy workers, unresolved conflict, or frustrated employees are often key indicators that there is room for improvement in personal effectiveness.
How Does Vision Consulting Help?
Vision Consulting works both one-on-one and in groups with your team members to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses, cultivate their areas of giftedness, and make strides where they need to improve, be it in learning a new skill or becoming more aware of how personality differences influence how their team mates think. The tools we use vary according to the situation, but can include personal coaching, written assessments, process training, skill instruction, certified Meyers-Briggs or DISC assessments, and more.
